Photocopier Misuse (cocktail)

A festive cocktail.

Ingredients:

• 25ml spiced rum
• 25ml dark rum
• 2tbsp Averna Amaro Siciliano
• Angostura bitters
• cola (the sugar free Fritz Cola works well for this)
• a lemon

Fill a shaker or a large glass with ice.

Add both rums and the Averna and stir well.

Strain into a cocktail glass.

Add a small squeeze of lemon juice and a dash of bitters.

Top up with cola.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
